Mark Nichols Sims is a husband, father, and grandfather who also serves on the pastoral team at Kingwood Church in Alabaster, Alabama, and is the founder and director of the Birmingham Metro Master’s Commission. Mark is a pastor, speaker, teacher, blogger, and the author of books and short stories.. His book Call It Incredible can be found on amazon.com in both paperback and Kindle. Mark is married to the former Peggy Skinner, who have two beautiful daughters and sons-in-law, and five grandchildren to keep them busy and bring extra joy to their lives. Peggy also hosts her own amazing blog– Be Seated.
Originally from the small Alabama town of Ashland, Mark has amassed a stack of stories about the joy of life in a small southern town. Peggy was born in Paraguay, South America, the daughter of legendary Baptist missionaries. Both Peggy and Mark are graduates of Samford University in Birmingham, and Mark holds a master’s degree in biblical languages from the Assemblies of God Theological Seminary.
